The process usually takes 15 business days (5 for the first draft, remainder for revisions)—although, we can deliver on rush timelines as needed (as quick as 3bd). For "From scratch" projects, this timeline starts only after the proposed presentation outline is approved by the client (which usually takes just one day).

• Turnaround time: Standard turnaround time is 5 business days per draft. For "From scratch" projects, this timeline starts only after the proposed presentation outline is approved by the client. If you need faster, choose rush delivery.
• Confidentiality: we will keep your trade secrets confidential (we provide a pre-signed NDA)
• No exclusivity: we are independent contractors & cannot accept any non-competes because we work with 100+ companies/yr.
• Price tiers: pricing is based on # of slides — if you exceed the slide count that was originally paid for, you will be charged for the next tier up (+5 slides).
• Presentation length: Total slide count is defined as all the unique slides created during the project — any appendices or slides that are replaced / removed during revisions will be included in the final editable PPT as hidden slides for your convenience and will count toward the total number of slides.
• Cancellation: see full agreement for causes for termination (ie. no progress for 3 weeks or more) and terms (Clause 10)
• Revisions: changes & feedback will be exchanged via annotations (ie. GDrive, Adobe Cloud), Loom, and email (we cannot afford to offer live working calls given our flat-fee rates). If feedback is not received within 10 business days, deliverables are deemed accepted.
• Payment: Invoices are due within 3 business days or receipt. Overdue payments will incur late invoice fees (Clause 3.1) and/or collection fees (Clause 3.5), per the agreement.
• Portfolio: you grant us permission to showcase our work in portfolios, provided your prior written approval of the shared materials (any confidential data will be redacted)
