Arceus is an AI-native law firm built for speed, cost, and transparency. Contrary to traditional law firms that are slow and expensive, Arceus uses AI to review every contract in 3 - 5 hours and each contract is signed off by a human attorney. The platform provides a dedicated stack channel where clients can upload documents and ask questions.

The company is founded by serial entrepreneur Mac Liu, who before founding Arceus started Vultron which he sold to a govtech firm, pWin. Prior to that, he built large-scale recommendation and retrieval systems at Robinhood and Google. Arceus has already reviewed more than 12,000 contracts for some of the fastest growing companies in the world and in September alone, their customer base quadrupled.

On Thursday, Arceus said it raised new funding led by Greycroft, bringing its total funding to $17 million. Craft Ventures and South Park Commons also participated.
