Facebook’s original pitch deck from 2004 was a media kit for pitching their social media platform to advertisers. The deck contains mix-and-match slides for summarizing Facebook’s value proposition, key metrics and audience demographics.

21-year-old Eduardo Saverin used this presentation when he went to New York in 2004 shortly after thefacebook.com was launched to try and sell Facebook’s Ad platform to potential clients. Today, Facebook for Business is the #2 largest digital advertising platform (after Google), accounting for over 25% of the total market share.
