FORMEL Skin is a dermatology company that provides personalised medical treatments for a variety of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, blemishes, and aging skin. The company offers a 100% online platform where patients can receive a diagnosis, skin analysis, and treatment plan from experienced dermatologists within 24 hours.

In late 2021, the company announced it had raised €30m in Series A funding. It was the largest series A round for a German healthtech at that time, according to Crunchbase. The round was led by Paris-based VC firm Singular and German healthtech investor Heal Capital, with participation from previous investors Cherry Ventures, Heartcore Capital and Vorwerk Ventures.

Since it was founded in December 2019, Formel Skin has raised more than €36m and has achieved 7x growth year-on-year — making it one of the fastest-growing healthtech companies in Europe.
