N26 Pitch Deck

German fintech startup N26 (originally named Papayer GmbH) was founded by Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal in 2013.
N26 initially began in 2014 as a prepaid Mastercard offering before receiving a European license to operate as a bank.
N26 achieved unicorn status in January 2019, reaching a $2.7 billion valuation with their $300M Series D round led by Insight Venture Partners.
This deck was circulated after the company's $40M Series A in 2016; at the time, N26 reported over 200,000 users and €2B in transaction volume. Today, N26 supports over 10M users and nearly €110 billion in annual transaction volume.
